Mr. Lagopoulos has 20 years of commercial real estate experience in both private and institutional settings. Immediately prior to joining RFA in 2014, Mr. Lagopoulos spent the last 9 years of his career at GE Capital where he held senior roles in both the asset management and investment groups related to GE’s $2.5 billion equity portfolio of assets. Mr. Lagopoulos holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Lagopoulos is bilingual in the 2 official languages of Canada.

Mr. Pyle has been a principal of the RFA Group since October, 1996. Prior to co-founding RFA, Mr. Pyle held senior executive roles with various public and private institutions including Centrecorp Management Services, Metfin Realty Advisors, Mercantile Bank of Canada and North American Trust (formerly First City Trust). During this time, Mr. Pyle had responsibilities that included reorganizing and restructuring limited partnerships in financial difficulty and for credit decisions and portfolio management of mortgages and loans across Canada and the United States, which aggregated several billion dollars. Mr. Pyle obtained his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Toronto.
Mr. Rodney has been with the RFA Group since 1997 and most recently his duties have focused on the growth of RFA Capital Partners. During his time with the RFA Group, Mr. Rodney has structured, priced and performed due diligence on over $14 billion of Canadian commercial mortgages and real estate. Mr. Rodney holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Victoria.
